I don't know but right now ... *nothing* comes to mind to blog about. I just spent the day doing errands and chores, then I napped, got up to make dinner...dishes are done and I'm waiting for the Grammy's to start. But I sit here thinking about what to write about and I'm stumped. I feel like this is hard and I can't think...ok, I do have a physical issue I'm dealing with that is absorbing every thinking moment for me right now (girl problems) but still THINK! woman THINK!...Um, I'm reading Kristin Chenoweth's biography 'A Little Bit Wicked' and she's a funny, spunky ol' gal from Oklahoma. She was adopted and has her master's in musical theater. She's so talented. I wish I could sing. Simon would totally make fun of me but I still belt it out when, say, driving solo to and from MI to see my friend Stacey, Ms. Jackson if you're nasty....
So totally wished Stacey and I lived closer. Going to see her like once, ok, MAYBE twice a year just isn't enough time to get the fix I need. But still, we hung, we shopped (found a tray for $3.25 and she got me a mini-muffin pan for xmas that I've already used :), we ate (totally regret NOT getting whatever it was she got at Friday's...YUMMO), we laughed, we got annoyed, we watched glee and her, like myself, loves to sing and we honestly believe with a little practice we could be the next Kristin Chenoweth on Broadway. Neither one of us slept well, Stacey probably because, unbenounced to her, will be having a roommate---her MOTHER-IN-LAW, no less! (Oh, God! Give her strength and have mercy on her soul!) I because I think the bed I slept on was a piece of plywood on top of concrete blocks (you know I love you Stac) and then the clickety-clackety of Star (her dog) and her nails on the hardwood. But other than that...OH, and having to leave so soon, the visit was a success; complete with Winter Lager, homemade pizzas and Stacey's 2-stick-o-butter chex mix!! Oh and the Lukey-Goodness was fun to see too :)
